No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. This policy is in

place to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality control.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

lv@lvskinaesthetics.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review your case and, if applicable, provide a replacement for the damaged item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LV Skin Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as

delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or file a claim

with the shipping provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed. Please review your
